We understand that our handling of the information on the client’s equipment is an extension of the trust placed in Hank’s Computer Services.

Hank’s Computer Services agrees that any information given to us in order to perform our services, such as passwords, E-mail addresses and data stored on computer hard drives, floppy disks etc., is the sole property of that client.

Any discovery of information through accessing personal E-mail, personal files, images etc. during the execution of our work remains confidential.

We will not make use and/or publish, disclose or otherwise disseminate any of the information supplied and/or data stored on the client’s equipment to a third party.

Data and/or programs stored on the client’s equipment will not be duplicated and/or stored on other media without the client’s express permission.

The client will have the option of observing a secure erase of backups and/or taking possession of any backups, or if so requested by the client, observation of their destruction.

Any password(s) and/or personal information given to us is not permanently recorded. The password(s) and/or personal information is written down and kept in a secure place until the repair is completed. Upon completion of the repair, the notes containing the password(s) and personal information are destroyed.
